First OpenHaldex SS release

INSTALLATION
- Fresh install: open https://openhaldex.dev/ and use the USB Web Installer.
- Existing OpenHaldex-S3/pre-release devices require one USB installation that
  initializes the split userdata layout; export valuable old maps/profiles first.
- Future SS releases can be installed from Settings while AP+STA internet access is active.
- OTA replaces firmware and dashboard assets only. Saved settings, custom maps,
  signal assignments, Behavior Engine profiles, captures, logs, and uploaded
  DBCs remain in the separate userdata partition.
- Park with the engine off. Stop diagnostics, replay, and session logging before updating.

RECOVERY
- USB remains the recovery path if an OTA update is interrupted.
- Retain a known-good complete flash image before vehicle testing.
